Abstract
I want to focus on the procurement process and challenges of getting the meat from local ranches onto the shelves of KTA Super Stores. My essential question that I will be using to support my project is, “How can I embrace my family lineage and kuleana to bring awareness to my Hawaii island community about the local food supply chain and procurement?”
