Abstract
I am going to be creating a mini cooking show where I remake historical cultured dishes from around the world while digging into the history and origin of where the dishes have originated and learn more about the cultures. I’m going to try to keep it as short and entertaining while still having fun and that’s my goal by the end of the year. A large part of this project and the impetus for it is to honor and remember my grandma, with whom I first learned to cook. She helped me develop a love of food and culture. Though she has passed on, it is through my cooking and baking that I still connect with her.
