Malia Camero

My name is Malia Camero. I was born on the island of Oahu and moved to the Big Island when I was 2 years old. My dad was born and raised on the island of Lana’i and my mom grew up in California. We have lived in Waimea for the past 11 years. I wasn’t really sure what my product for my capstone would be, but I know that I wanted to do something that would help those who are at a disadvantage. I want to work locally and focus on people of Hawaii.
